Reporting to the Senior Planner, this role is the PM Shift - Monday to Friday – 2pm to 10pm
Toll are seeking an experienced planner from an automated or manual warehouse environment, and to join our Prestons Multi-customer site and coordinate and track the movement of stock and labour activity across the warehouse. As part of a committed team, you will work together to meet the compliance needs of both Toll and its customers.
We require an effective communicator who is clear and concise and can convey information and ideas to a range of stakeholders through a variety of medium.
You will have exceptional attention to detail, able to accurately monitor and review all work components and possess the sage and calm demeanour to maintain performance in times of pressure.
This role will be responsible for:
Customer orders are released efficiently and effectively through the creation and consistent review of master schedules to monitor both warehouse operations and customer requirements.
Successfully monitor the operations processes to ensure smooth operations and deliveries for customer.
Tolls reputation for leading edge logistics solutions is fostered with customer through collaborating with greater team to identifying, opportunities for innovative solutions for consideration and implementation.
Key business stakeholders both internal and external are engaged regularly and respectfully to accomplish goals of both parties resulting in collaborative and productive long-term relationships.
Compliance requirements of the warehouse are continually reviewed and built into the planning schedules and processes to ensure both the customer and Toll’s financial and audit expectations are met.
Safety for self and others is prioritised in all your functions and outcomes.
To be successful this role you will possess:
3 – 5 years’ experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management
Experience in managing operational budgets.
Proven experience in developing and analysing reports related to supply chain management.
Intermediate MS Office skills and other office-based technologies.
Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in CoR legislation
Qualifications/skills
Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (optional) or equivalent experience
Drivers Licence
