\* Assist in welcoming and greeting clients, preparing client files, preparing beverages, and helping the consulting manager with administrative tasks.

\* Provide excellent customer service and support, including answering questions, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.

\* Collaborate with the medical aesthetics team to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction for clients.

\* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client consultations and treatments.

\* Stay informed on the latest medical aesthetics trends, products, and treatments, and provide clients with the best advice and recommendations alongside the consultants.

\* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
