As the Team Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager and Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various events, including corporate events, team offsites, and marketing P.R events.
- Manage communications and coordinate social media posts.
- Assist the marketing team in all aspects of projects and presentations.
- Manage extensive inbox and calendar, handling appointments and modifications.
- Domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itinerary management.
- Process expenses for the Marketing Team and Manage.
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas and document minutes.
- Plan and execute various events, including corporate events, team offsites, and marketing P.R events.
- Manage communications and coordinate social media posts.
- Also provide back office and Shared Service functions for brokers
