We are currently seeking a B2B Marketing Analyst to join our client based in Dockland, VIC.
Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Our client is dedicated to putting their B2B card customers at the heart of everything they do. Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping their marketing strategies and driving business success? Join their dynamic team in supporting the Australia and New Zealand team
Job Description:
As a B2B Marketing Analyst, you'll be pivotal in supporting our client's Marketing Support Team (GBS) and wider B2B Marketing Squad. Your key responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management:
- Lead the development and execution of targeted B2B marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to enhance our B2B offering.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns.
Business Analytics and Reporting: - Develop and manage performance reporting dashboards.
- Forecast future campaign and commercial performance, cost, and ROI.
- Translate data and analysis into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize BP's data and segmentation.
Key Challenges: - Managing competing priorities across AU and NZ card portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to engage internal teams.
- Balancing competing demands to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience: - Tertiary degree in Business, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite preferred.
- 2+ years of commercial campaign or marketing analytics experience.
- Must have experience in developing business/ commercial performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with MarTech platforms like Adobe and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to work in a large global organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
