About the Role
Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, this is a strategic and hands-on position where you will execute and delivery best in class B2B demand generation marketing activities. It's fast paced, it's innovative and it's full on. It's a unique role where you develop and implement their entire B2B marketing program to create a truly unique B2B customer experience. Your core focus will be on demand generation and digital sales driving business growth. This is a role where you can genuinely create a legacy.
The Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy and program - create engaging content and value add initiatives that enable a world class customer experienced driving acquisition through the funnel
- Collaborate internally with B2B marketing, partnering marketing and the enterprise sales team to create win/win solutions for key customer groups - large enterprises as well as SMBs
- Collaborate externally with suppliers, agencies and key industry bodies and build long term win/win relationships so that this Awesome Tech brand remains at the top
- Test and learn - you are a data-driven B2B Marketeer and everything you do is measured and tracked with a continuous test and learn methodology. You will analyse and report on findings and make recommendations to continuously raise the bar and set new standards.
- You are Pro-active, Passionate, Engaging, Collaborative and Positive with high emotional intelligence. On the flip side, you are assertive, firm but fair and hold people accountable to high standards and best practice and you know how to get the balance right.
- You are naturally curious and always strive to do your best work but self-aware enough and humble enough to know you can always improve. You build strong relationships with stakeholders and have a win/win approach to relationships. You have a growth mindset and you are always willing to listen and learn
- You have to have strong B2B marketing experience ideally from a big corporate environment such as Fintech, Tech, Telco, SaaS, Banking, Entertainment, Airline, Utilities but if you are exceptional and your CV demonstrates amazing achievements please apply too
- A strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel (MQL/SQL) and a proven track record of demonstrated results - which show growth and engagement and that ultimately hit key commercial targets - demand generation and ultimately digital sales
- Exceptional communication, project management and stakeholder relationship skills
