The Marketing Practice is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Media Account Manager to spearhead our client-focused digital marketing campaigns across the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will not only develop and implement effective paid media strategies, but also build strong relationships with our clients and represent our agency on a high level.
In this role, you will work directly with our top clients - leading B2B Technology vendors - to manage their vital digital marketing and lead generation campaigns. Co-ordinating and scoping out client briefings, tracking delivery and presenting reports will be among your key responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a central figure, liaising internally and externally to ensure effective delivery of campaigns. An understanding of the B2B technology industry is advantageous.
What you will do:
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their advertising objectives and develop successful paid media strategies targeting the APAC market, focusing on ROI and customer growth.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of client's paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights and performance forecasts to clients and internal teams.
- ·Maintain an active, professional relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service, meeting with clients regularly and updating them on campaign progress.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape, and inform clients of new opportunities as appropriate.
- Manage the paid media budget and adjust bids to optimize the ROI.
- Provide regular reporting and metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of paid media campaigns to clients.
- Respond promptly and strategically to changes in performance metrics, and communicate changes to clients in a clear, proactive manner.
- Tools Usage: Utilise project management tools such as Airtable, Gsuite, Excel, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics and others for efficient project management.
Who you are:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a marketing or campaign management role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar client-facing role within the APAC market.
- Strong understanding of APAC media markets and the ability to create tailored strategies for our clients.
- Proficient in using various paid media tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze complex sets of data and translate them into action plans for clients.

What you will need:
- Previous experience in B2B marketing, particularly in a campaign management role
- Experience in handling multiple campaigns and/or clients simultaneously is preferred
- A clear demonstration of managing projects to tight deadlines and balancing workload to maintain progress
- Evidence of working with cross-discipline teams including strategy, creative, technology, media, and project management.
