The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director of Food and Beverage in the operations of the Food & Beverage department according to company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the day-to-day functioning of the Resort’s Food and Beverage outlets, managing outlets in the absence of the Director, maximizing profitability, meeting customer’s needs, ensuring team members are trained to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Standard, and training and supporting all team members.

Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Food and Beverage Manager role
Previous experience in a similar role
Understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements under the QLD Liquor Licensing Laws
Authorization to live and work in Australia
Competent in barista and beverage making duties (highly regarded)
Demonstrated food and beverage skills, including a la carte and bar service (highly regarded)
Food Safety Course (Essential)
Current QLD RSA certificate (Essential)
Espresso Coffee Making (Desirable)
RMLV certificate or ability to complete
