Part Time Food & Beverage Supervisor.Reporting to our Food & Beverage Manager & Assistant Managers and with a hands-on approach, you will run the day to day operations in our F&B outlets including In Room Dining and Meeting & Events, as well as inspiring the food and beverage team to create memorable and unique experiences for the customers visiting our hotel.By joining the team, you will unleash a huge array of great employee benefits.#WeAreHeartistsYou will have the opportunity to build your own skills and expertise to reach your personal and career goals. Job DescriptionIn this role you will:In liaison with F&B management leaders, be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and BarDeliver personalisedservice with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests’ expectations and Heartist Service philosophyAnimate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, uniqueand enjoyable experience for all guests through creativeactivations, events.Control the beverage stock and carry outregular stock takes.Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.Be knowledgeable and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies

QualificationsWhat we are looking for?A creative flair and a natural ability to generate ideas to make our functions great and toA genuine caring approach that creates engage our guestsExperience in food & beverage operations and events roles within a dynamic and busy environmentExperience in Conference & Events an advantageThe ability to work within a team and build report with all departments in the businessHighly organised self-starter with the ability to effectively manage prioritiesProjects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skillsHave the ability to think on their feet and problem solveExcellent communication skills with fluency in English on a business level; additional languages are a plusA high standard of grooming and presentationAvailability to work on a seven days rotating roster AM and PM shifts
