The Role:
We're on the lookout for a Senior Support Worker to come into the office as a full-time Service Coordinator, an essential role where you'll be the backbone of support and efficiency for our operations. This role offers vast opportunities for career development and growth, placing you at the heart of our mission to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Extensive collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Participation in allied health meetings
- Updating care plans and managing calendars
- Performing necessary administrative tasks
