Awesome opportunity to join one of the leading healthcare and pharmaceutical businesses in APAC as they scale. As a highly successful enterprise business who are going through a vast transformation they need an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join their PMO.

Reporting into the Head of IT Portfolio Delivery, the senior IT Project Manager, will manage strategic business projects and will need to demonstrate proven working experience with managing concurrent complex IT projects in the ERP/WMS (SAP, Manhattan Scale, Nav, BI) and integration space as well as web, digital, application projects. Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, security projects highly regarded also but its the ERP/WMS/Integration and Apps based projects that are key to the role.

The role will lead and manage project delivery, overseeing all phases from inception, scoping, design, testing and implementation across multiple facets of technology applications and infrastructure. 

Must haves for the role:

  • A minimum of 8 years experience as a Project Manager with 5+ years experience as Senior PM. 
  • Proven experience in project management within the IT sector, specifically with managing concurrent IT projects in the application and integration space (ERP, WMS transition projects).
  • Proven experience in inter-business integration projects including managing both the IT and business streams.
  • Proven ability to effectively work with key stakeholders and senior management to manage expectations, investigate options, make recommendations and call out issues. 
  • Proven experience to manage and lead internal and external teams, contractors, vendors and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the project objectives. 
This newly created role is ideal for an well rounded Senior Project Manager with solid experience working across strategic business projects alongside IT based projects. It will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, managing concurrent projects notably in an integration project environment to bring businesses together from a systems perspective and facets that accompany this. Solid experience across WMS and Supply Chain is required. 

The role is Melbourne based, permanent full time and has a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days work in the office in the CBD.
