About the role
As an Influencer Client Director, you connect strategic communication ideas with brand ecosystems and bring our clients’ advocacy content to life across various social platforms. Managing the articulation of strategy to execution, stakeholder relationships, financial leadership, and timelines, you ensure everyone knows their role. You’ll be working with a vast mix of people including strategists, creatives, activations teams, finance and legal, and talent, whilst also being the gatekeeper for the client’s brand, holding our work accountable to the highest standards.
About You
You have experience in influencer/talent and project management as well as a solid understanding of at least one (but ideally multiple) of the following: content strategy, media planning and publishing, content production and management. You are comfortable in leading and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
Day to day your role will consist of you being the central go-to person for all stakeholders and managing a team which includes Account Managers and Executives. You will also:
- Have experience in a similar role and a demonstrated passion for the advocacy/influencer market.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work quickly, instinctively and under pressure.
- Show great attention to detail and confidence to speak up to make things better.
- Bring a positive and solutions-based thought approach to work.
- Own all commercial aspects of running the day-to-day team.
- Thrive on interpersonal connections and working with others.
- Be adept at using the Microsoft Suite and have knowledge of influencer vetting and sourcing tools such as Traackr, Tagger, Hype Auditor, Klear.”
- Have strong data visualisation and reporting skills.
- Possess a proven knowledge of Influencer Marketing, AiMCO best practices.
