We’re Sticki A fast-growing Influencer and User-Generated Content (UGC) Marketing agency based in Prahran (Melbourne). Beyond Talent Specialists, our team comprises digital marketers, data analysts, videographers, photographers and designers.

Our full-service agency creates thumb-stopping ads through both UGC and Influencer partnerships (incl. micro, mid-tier, macro, and even large brand ambassadors). We turn ideas into high-performing ad assets tailored for the evolving digital ecosystem, to then drive the most successful influencer marketing campaigns you’ve ever seen

Our type (of intern):

  • You’re terrified of your screen time notifications because you spend most of your time consuming social content
  • You love making content, TikToks and Reels are your passion
  • Taking it one step further, you love to analyse why a piece of content has made your thumb stop
  • You’ve got opinions as to what the winning formula is for a good piece of content, and you’re already buzzing to share that with us
  • You’re ambitious. Honing practical skills and employability is a priority of yours – because that’s definitely on the cards if you’re an intern at Sticki
  • You have great communication, attention to detail and importantly love problem-solving
  • Video editing abilities are considered a huge positive, but not crucial
  • Optional opportunity to star in some of our client campaigns, and further your own personal journey to stardom
