About the Role

Join Quad Lock as a Project Coordinator on an 18-month fixed term contract, and play a crucial role in bringing new products to market. In this position, you'll assist the Program Manager in delivering multiple interconnected projects, ensuring smooth coordination and execution. Your efforts will drive the successful delivery of projects across the Quad Lock business.

What You'll Do
  • Develop comprehensive project strategies, goals, and timelines
  • Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members
  • Drive the project development process to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including timing, budget, and performance metrics, to stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements effectively
  • Support the management of project resources to ensure optimal utilisation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Influence and motivate team members to achieve desired outcomes
  • Support the development of new processes in line with the company’s expansion
  • Liaise with design, marketing, and manufacturing teams to synchronize efforts and meet project milestones
  • Facilitate discussions that embrace diverse perspectives, resolve differing viewpoints, and guide the team towards unified, actionable solutions
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Product/Industrial Design (or similar technical qualification)
  • Knowledge and experience with project management techniques and tools (e.g. Monday.com, Gantt charts, Stage process, etc.)
  • Familiarity with major manufacturing technologies (e.g. injection moulding, machining, assembly methodologies, testing), is advantageous
  • Experience and/or understanding of design principles and phases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (high-level presentation skills is advantageous)
  • Excellent understanding of a project's critical path with the ability to foresee issues before they occur
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
