This is a full-time position, based in Melbourne or Sydney.

This is a full-time position, based in Melbourne or Sydney.
What You’ll Do- Assist with Key Relationships and Stakeholder Communication:Support the management of key relationships and communication with stakeholderswithin the grid connection workstream. Coordinate interactions and maintainrelationships with customers, consultants, network service providers, networkoperators, and internal engineering teams.
- Coordinate Submittals and Documentation Management: Ensuretimely submission of all required studies and documentation related tointerconnection
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensivedocumentation, ensuring accurate recording and communication of relevantinformation to stakeholders
- Project Scheduling and Delivery: Develop and maintainproject schedules and budgets, monitor progress against milestones, and ensurethe timely delivery in alignment with committed timelines
- Policy Support and Coordination: Support coordination amongdifferent teams, including Tesla policy teams and internal technical teams, toaddress key National Electricity Rules (NER) developments and reforms as partof an ongoing program
- Product and Firmware Updates: Oversee the tracking andcoordination of requested product and firmware updates and functionalities incollaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- 3+ years of Experience: Demonstrated experience in processadministration and project coordination (within the energy or renewables sectordesired, but not essential)
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration or Engineering (desired, but not essential)
- Understanding of Energy Sector: Basic knowledge of theenergy sector, including familiarity with the National Electricity Market (NEM)or similar regulatory frameworks, grid connection processes, and renewableenergy sources
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in stakeholdermanagement, with a proven ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, andinfluence stakeholders at various levels
- Project Planning and Management: Extensive capability inproject planning and management, including developing schedules, budgets, andmonitoring progress against milestones
- Track record of providing effectiveproject support and achieving targeted outcomes in complex environments
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly andeffectively to diverse audiences
- Multi-Tasking and Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise andexecute multiple projects and tasks in parallel, while maintaining attention todetail and meeting deadlines effectively
