At Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, our mission has always been to reinvent fast-food. We’re Australia’s only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, meaning there are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. Job Description

OurCooks andCrewmembers are the life blood of GYG You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, cooking fresh food, re-stocking the fridges, doing basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

  • Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
  • You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
  • ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
