Reporting directly to the Managing Director & CEO, you'll collaborate with top-tier professionals to ensure operational standards are met and exceeded. Your expertise will guide our teams nationwide, keeping us ahead of industry trends and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare comprehensive reports for the CEO and Board, outlining strategic initiatives and financial performance.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as a reputable ambassador for Acumentis, enhancing our profile and reputation through quality work and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion risk management and compliance efforts, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Spearhead marketing efforts to capitalize on new opportunities and expand our client base.
- Cultivate a nationwide network of valuers and clients, driving business growth and market presence.
- Over 10 years of property valuation experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and local property markets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, making sound decisions under pressure.
