Business Analyst

Our client’s Business Solutions Team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. We’re seeking a dedicated professional with a knack for transforming business needs into actionable insights and efficient processes. We are looking for someone who is always ready to support and help the team and wider business and has experience working on Electronic Document Invoicing projects. Someone who has a natural flair for working within a cohesive team.
If you're passionate about bridging the gap between business operations and technology, this role is tailor-made for you.
You will be the linchpin in our client’s projects, ensuring seamless communication between business units and the IT department. You’ll play a crucial role in:
- Systems and Business Analysis: Dive deep into business requirements and translate them into technical specifications that drive IT solutions.
- Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that all system modifications and enhancements meet high standards.
- User Acceptance Testing: Facilitate UAT sessions, ensuring new solutions meet user expectations and requirements.
- Gather and Create Requirements: Act as a conduit between business needs and technical solutions
- Coordinate Projects: From inception through post-implementation reviews, maintain a smooth project flow.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Write and execute detailed test plans, ensuring all enhancements perform flawlessly.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive business specifications to guide developers.

- Ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Precision in documenting and prioritising programming fixes and changes.
