We invite you to become a key player in continuing this legacy by stepping into the role of International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Coordinator (IB DP Coordinator).

Your Role in Our Story
As the IB DP Coordinator at Tara, you will architect and sustain the excellence and innovation of our IB Diploma Programme. Collaborating closely with the Dean of Learning (Years 11-12) and the Deputy Principal - Head of Senior School, your leadership will illuminate the opportunities and benefits of the IB Diploma, guiding both students and parents along this prestigious academic path.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and refining policies and procedures to uphold the high standards of the IB DP
  • Leading a passionate team across various academic faculties
  • Championing the professional development of our educators to ensure they deliver an unparalleled educational experience
  • Promoting the IB DP's unique advantages within the Tara community and beyond

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to fostering courage, resilience, and ambition among our students
  • Possesses visionary leadership skills with a proven track record in strategic and thoughtful decision-making
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of the IB DP’s structure and philosophy, ideally with experience in a similar role
