Job Description

As an Accountant at Kering Finance Shared Services (KFSSC), you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for inventory control and supporting our financial analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, possess SAP and Power BI knowledge, and be dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

How you will contribute

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and audits.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Stores, and 3rd party warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Ensure stock tally from Inventory System (JDA) to Accounting system.
• Act as the main contact point for all stock transfers and adjustments.
• Check and ensure that all documents (Stock write-off form) are in order prior to execution of any stock transfer.
• Perform periodic cycle counts & stock take and is responsible for all stock movements from receiving to outgoing merchandise.
• Contribute to the month-end closing process by actively participating in various aspects of financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist in analyzing financial data to provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Work closely with various teams to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on analysis findings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Any other Ad-hoc assignment and projects.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
