We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven individual to join the Seeds team at Tullamarine VIC as Administration & Customer Service Officer on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries from existing and new clients that include growers/farmers, seed companies, and Biosecurity Officers
- Answering phone calls/emails, greeting customers and couriers, entering testing results in the LIMS system, maintaining and updating records using MS Office
- General administrative duties including receiving mail, filing, sample return, and processing invoices
- Participate in routine audits (experience or an interest in Quality Control would be advantageous)
About you:
- Have a background in customer service OR administration with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Are able to prioritize to complete tasks as they arise in a fast-paced environment
- Have accurate data-entry skills with an eye for detail
- Are highly organized and have excellent time management skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have experience with a LIMS program, ideally LabWare
- Demonstrate intermediate MS Office and computer literacy skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills that allow you to work well both autonomously and in a team dynamic
- Are an advocate for safety
- Have a strong customer focus to consistently deliver high-quality results
- Display an interest in agriculture and or laboratory testing
- Express a desire to be a valued long-term employee that supports the Seed industry
