About the company

Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an AO5 Project Officer. This position is located in their busy Brisbane office for an initial contract until 03/07/2024

About The Position

You will be a part of our team that is making a difference by using your demonstrated interpersonal skills, including strong attention to detail, you will engage with central agencies, delivery agencies, external organizations, and private sector advisors across a wide range of matters.

Duties

  • Provide secretariat support to governance bodies including project control groups and working groups, committees, forums, events, roundtables, and high-level meetings as required, including managing meeting logistics, agendas, detailed minutes and action items
  • Provide active contribution to the administration of complex government infrastructure projects
  • Contribute to, and coordinate program and project reporting, briefings, submissions, and other correspondence
  • Undertake research, analysis and document review
  • Coordinate office administration activities and systems including records management.
