Are you ready to make your mark in the fitness industry with Australia’s fastest-growing fitness franchise?
Fitstop is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Brisbane-based, Head Office. Supporting over 150 locations (and rapidly expanding) across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States, this role will see you lead Fistop's global presence, enhancing brand awareness, supporting franchisee performance and creating a global community of Fitstoppers
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will drive the implementation of national and international marketing strategies to boost growth and performance in both franchise and consumer acquisition. Additionally, you will lead the execution of a Request for Proposal process for preferred agency partners, support the launch of the new Fitstop website, and scout and roll out a global merchandise solution for the Fitstop Network.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Drive the evolution of Fitstop’s brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our consumers.
- Collaborate with the Franchise Development team to define and execute Franchise marketing strategies that drive quality lead acquisition, including new market launch strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end campaign management of the annual network campaign calendar, along with new product and market launches to drive member acquisition, and retention while exceeding key business metrics.
- Support the execution of a social media and communication strategy that amplifies Fitstop’s brand presence and engagement. Implement and measure the success of all marketing communications including outbound customer-facing communications along with public relations activities.
- Manage the Request for Proposal process to establish a preferred supplier list for Franchisee Marketing Agencies, ensuring alignment with Franchisee requirements.
- Launch and contribute to the ongoing development of the Fitstop website, ensure it aligns with our brand identity and maximise efficiency through performance metrics, including clicks, impressions, lead volume quality and overall performance.
- Scout and roll out a cost-efficient and effective global merchandise solution for the Fitstop Network.
