Business Development Consultant

Ozdare is one of Australia's leading suppliers of professional hair care products to salons, with brands including, K18, KEVIN.MURPHY, ELEVEN Australia, P.O.D by Ecoheads, Dyson and Ecoheads.

Ozdare selects high performing products to distribute and manufacture locally and internationally. From premium, fashion-connected products to simple solutions to haircare, Ozdare products all share the Ozdare ethos.

We have the opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team representing K18. You will predominantly be based on Sydney North Shore. The territory is North Shore heading to Gosford area. There will be a regional territory taking in Orange/Bathurst/Dubbo which will include overnight stays to manage the sales opportunities. Your priority and focus will be on the brand K18 however, you will also have the opportunity to sell other specific Ozdare brands, and work closely with our Kevin Murphy & ELEVEN Australia Business Development Consultants.

Your role in our growth: 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products, providing demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
• Maintain monthly call cycle to ensure all clients’ expectations are met.
• Meet and exceed monthly budgets. 
• Attend trade shows and events throughout the year.

Requirements: 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry or similar industries such as beauty and fashion. It is expected that you would be well presented and love a challenge in addition to:

• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on acquiring new business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
