The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about managing fleets and ensuring operational excellence across multiple mine sites? We're seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet of Komatsu machines at various mine sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the mining industry.

Gladstone Branch

What we are looking for:
  1. Previous experience in fleet management, preferably in the mining industry.
  2. Technical experience highly desirable, with knowledge of mining machines and mine site operations.
  3. Strong organisational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple sites and priorities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  5. Ability to travel to various mine sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimise the fleet of Komatsu machines across multiple mine sites.
  2. Provide parts and service support to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
  3. Plan and execute regular site visits to assess equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Generate comprehensive reports on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and operational KPIs.
  5. Utilise technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on equipment maintenance and repair.
