About the role:
  • Leading digital and technology teams and overseeing digital transformation.
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing global marketing and eCommerce strategy
  • Managing all digital channels and platforms, and leading customer growth internationally.
  • Managing customer journey from first touch point
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals to optimize our online presence across various platforms.
  • Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT, sales, and logistics departments to ensure a smooth and efficient online shopping experience.
  • Manage the budget for digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives, ensuring a high return on investment.
About you:
  • You will come from a leading and well know eCommerce brand.
  • You will have extensive global experience.
  • You will have experience across all digital marketing channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within the eCommerce space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
