Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Ship Officers and Engineers to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidates are the best of the best, with a proven track record in the maritime industry and a commitment to excellence. DP (Dynamic Positioning) qualifications are highly regarded (operator & maintenance), but there are also opportunities for potential DP trainee positions and are encouraged to apply. 

Qualifications:

• Valid maritime certification relevant to the position (Officer or Engineer).
• DP certification highly regarded
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on various ships and adapt to different vessel types.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Experience

• Proficient in the complex operations of anchor handling aligned with rank, including conventional and pre-lay systems.
• Skilled in coordinating with rig move masters to ensure safe and efficient anchor handling operations.
• Experience on vessels with 180t+ bollard pull advantageous. 

Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) with Azimuth Experience (Officers):

• Experience operating platform supply vessels equipped with azimuth thrusters.
• Adept at handling cargo operations including bulks, liquids and deck cargo.

Leadership and Team Collaboration (Senior Officers & Engineers):

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse crew.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with onshore teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving, ensuring smooth and efficient vessel operations.

Maintenance and Technical Skills (Engineers):

• Proficient in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues on board.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs to ensure vessel reliability and operational readiness.
• Knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of various marine machinery and equipment.
