Life at Talogy

We walk our talk, and passion fuels what we do. We are technology nerds and people people, who are energized by innovation and collaboration — winning together as a team of 650+ colleagues by uniting the leading talent experts across the globe.

Our mission is to help people meet their potential. In striving for this mission, we are daring, go the extra mile, take ownership, and expect a lot from each other. But most of all, we care deeply — about our customers, and about each other.

At Talogy, we are humble masters, flexible experts, and human scientists.

About the Role

The role of Senior Consultant adds significant value to Talogy’s Talent Management business, as this work is crucial to designing and delivering excellent client solutions, as well as leading account management and growth opportunities with clients and for taking on a leadership role within the Australian team. With a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, you will have close working relationships with the Sales and Client Experience teams.

You are generally expected to work 08.30-17.00 (local time) from Monday to Friday, however we provide a high amount of flexibility and alternative working hours can be agreed with your manager. As flexibility is a two-way street, you will also agree to work outside typical office hours when working with others across time zones. We practice a hybrid working model so a mixture of working from home and the office is standard for this role. There will also an element of travel to and from client sites as well as additional interstate and international travel as needed.

Who We Are Looking For?

This opportunity is ideal for a focused and proactive person who has begun their talent management consultancy journey either in another consultancy or in industry and is willing to develop their consulting skills in a variety of applied talent disciplines – assessment, development, or accredited training. If you are a creative thinker who thinks broadly around solutions to client talent challenges and can learn new skills and information quickly to apply those in a variety of situations, this role might just be the perfect fit for you. To thrive at Talogy you are also commercially minded, seek progression and embrace the prospect of being part of a growing organisation, where you can personally make a difference.
