Are you a talented HSE Advisor seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic business that puts "People First"? The McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project is located 30km north of Nullagine in the north-east Pilbara region of WA. The three-year project scope includes mine load and haul of up to 10 million tonnes per annum, before being transported to Roy Hill for processing.

This role will start in Perth and mobilise to site when operations commence. The initial focus of the role will revolve around completing the Mine Safety Management System and involve finalising S.O.P., Risk assessments, and audit tools to align with code of practice and regulatory standards.

In this role you will provide support and guidance to site HSE teams, supervisors and trainers as well as be the link between the corporate Safety Department and the project and client senior teams.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Lead Auditor Certificate - required.
• Experience facilitating risk assessments, conducting workshops, and reviewing existing documents.
• You will require strong document writing skills.
