About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, client centric, outcome focussed PBS Leader with proven experience to join our expanding team and be instrumental in the growth and support of our PBS team

  • You will be a leader in your field when it comes to providing a client centric and evidence-based service. 
  • Provide capacity building, Person-Centred behaviour support services to a varied and complex client caseload
  • Tracking progression of files to meeting deadlines through PRODA and our file management system. 
  • You will be able to assist with building on the training resources that already exist within the business. 
  • You will have the independence to adapt our existing service offering so that it has your personal brand attached to the way in which we deliver service 
  • The role will require you to lead and mentor staff across multiple areas nationally 
  • You will provide pivotal input for the development of business processes for future PBS Clinicians 
  • This role will have an extensive focus on professional development and career mapping.

To be successful:

  • NDIS experience and understanding is essential 
  • Being a previous leader within the PBS framework is also essential 
  • A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
  • Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
  • Solid understanding of the PBS service delivery framework and state based differences particularly with respect to restrictive practices 
  • Experience with graduating clinicians through the competency framework
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
  • Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
