Our Second Line Compliance team are hiring for a number of Senior Business Partnering roles, leading relationships and compliance support for divisional portfolios across Allianz Australia. Portfolios will be determined following the interview process, with role content varying depending on the portfolio needs, meaning that some roles may focus more greatly on Incident Management or Compliance Advisory work respectively.

Our Second Line Compliance team are hiring for a number of Senior Business Partnering roles, leading relationships and compliance support for divisional portfolios across Allianz Australia. Portfolios will be determined following the interview process, with role content varying depending on the portfolio needs, meaning that some roles may focus more greatly on Incident Management or Compliance Advisory work respectively.

• Supporting line 1 risk and compliance community in driving accountability in the identification and management of compliance risk, including reporting, management and remediation of compliance in this incident/breaches.
• Providing guidance and advice to the Line 1 Risk and Compliance community to design controls, monitoring their effectiveness and operational performance and accurately and transparently escalate matters of concern.
• Promoting and managing the development, implementation and maintenance of AAL compliance policies and practises in close collaboration with the Line 2 risk team and the line 1 risk and compliance community.
• Designing, documenting, implementing and maintaining compliance policies procedures processes and tools, and support the development and delivery of training and communication to raise awareness and understanding of requirements.
• Engaging internal stakeholders as required to drive the cost functional implementation of the compliance Framework including compliance policies and procedures.

• Because experience within the compliance risk or audit management role acquired in a complex matrix financial service organisation
• demonstrated experience in process and management control design combined with the expert ability to understand operational and compliance risk inherent or emerging in a business area.
• demonstrated experience in assessing the level of risk and developing and executing plans to mitigate risk.
• how you developed analytical skills, demonstrating the capability to analyse and interpret complex information from a broad range of sources (locally and internationally) end the present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence, positively influencing risk behaviours throughout AAL.
