ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic career move for an experienced Manager to be the face of our business covering Eastern Region - Ringwood, Dandenong and Mornington Peninsula.

Working with a small team, you will be responsible for all aspects of successfully managing a branch from winning work, writing tenders, to overseeing the delivery of the projects, managing the WIP & P&L reporting and overall, ensuring a great experience for our clients.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Identifying, targeting and developing new business in the Eastern suburbs and the wider region.

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the branches budget targets.

• Utilise reports (such as the WIP and Forecast) to monitor and analyse progress against budget / estimates for all projects.

• Maintaining regular contact with existing and prospective customers.

• Maintaining close contact with the Operations team and clients on all projects.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & PREFERENCES

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who has proven performance in sales growth and can operate self-sufficiently. With a strong emphasis on driving sales, you will have the following experience and skills:

• Experience in a solution selling industry/business.

• Previous experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building or construction industry is desirable.

• Financial acumen, including quoting, tendering, Work in Progress (WIP) management, contract administration and analysing P&L reports. 

• Experience in growing revenue with existing clients, as well as establishing new customers.

• Experience in using a CRM to enter/access sales data.
