  • Permanent full-time opportunity

  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120 859 to $133,183 plus super

Our Digital Information Office is currently seeking to appoint a Service Catalogue Specialist to manage the IT service catalogue and related service descriptions across all available client consumed IT services to ensure consistency, relevance, currency and alignment with customer needs.

In this role you will consult and liaise with various stakeholders across the Digital Information Office to capture information, educate and advise on services that can be offered.

About You

You will have demonstrated experience related to IT service catalogues and delivering multiple support and maintenance activities to high standard to meet deadlines. Adept at working in a complex environment with multiple competing priorities you will maintain your high level of attention to detail. Your proactivity and solutions focused mindset.

Your ability to build effective stakeholder relationships will be key to delivering outcomes as you receive input from multiple stakeholders and negotiate realistic timeframes for your work. You will enjoy cross-team collaboration.

Key knowledge and experience

• Significant experience in a large and complex IT environment

• ITIL Foundation certification with experience in working in a SIAM operating environment would be beneficial
