The Environment Planning & Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) invites you to join our forward-thinking team as the Assistant Director Workplace Culture. In this key leadership role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Director to champion cultural initiatives and engagement programs that enhance our organisational culture and employee experience.
As the Assistant Director, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement diversity and inclusion strategies, manage employee-led networks, and oversee our rewards and recognition programs. Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months.
Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
