 Are you a highly motivated Exercise Physiologist / Physiotherapist looking for a new and exciting position?

The Sydney Clinic is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist / Physiotherapist to join our Mental Health Team on a casual basis one day per week. You will play a key role within a supportive team working closely with our team of therapists and Registered Nurses ensuring a high level of patient care.

The Sydney Clinic is a boutique private psychiatric facility, and we specialise in the provision of high quality inpatient and outpatient mental health services. We are renowned for exemplary recovery focused, holistic, and person forward care in mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and personality vulnerabilities in addition to dependency disorders.

We current have the opportunity for an Exercise Physiologist / Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to experience a varied caseload.

As an Exercise Physiologist your responsibilities will include:

  • Running group exercise sessions
  • Supporting those with chronic pain issues / physical injuries
  • 1:1 sessions
  • Promote the benefits of exercise on mental health
  • Recognised degree / qualifications in Physiotherapy / Exercise Physiology
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Hospital experience preferred
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing education and the provision of evidence based practice
