Site Manager | Tier 2 Builder | Melbourne
A renowned leader in building & construction management, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to jointhis dynamic team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the construction of a state-of-the-art $40 million aged care facility located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of milestones.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to review progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and local authorities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or civil engineering.
  • A commitment to upholding industry standards and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
