The Delivery Commercial Ops Transformation (DCOT) is our opportunity to empower and uplevel our global commercial capabilities to unlock scalability and productivity. We will enable an enhanced ability to make data-driven decisions, free up our commercial teams to focus on other high-value work, and efficiently scale local innovation to the benefit of our global organization.

Nothing is changing overnight. The transformation is a multi-year journey and its success will rely on a partnership between the DCO and Transformation Office. The first step of that journey is to develop an accurate understanding of the current processes and tools: what’s working well, where there are challenges, and opportunities to improve.

From there, we will collaborate to define the detailed roadmap of refinements and changes to implement, with the goal of delivering to local needs and nuances while enhancing data quality and E2E merchant experience.

What You'll Do

Support End-to-End Business Process Workstream Build end-to-end business process business case for change Support Process PMOs to collect change information from the pods (ex. Checklist of information to collect) Map process implications to ensure that change impacts are properly identified and addressed. Engage in process redesign, bandwidth pending Act as Change Management Champion Draft & share templates for all comms (ex. meeting invite template, post-meeting email draft) Create & maintain elevator pitch and answers to common questions Build change management strategy for process & tech implementation for each process Collaborate with Training & Enablement and Comms experts to execute change management plan Build Change Champions Network Build proposal for how to create a change champions network within Uber supporting DCOT Own the creation and maintenance of the change champions network including: Identifying and engaging change champions across Delivery Running touchpoint cadence with the champions to cultivate relationships Support champions’ regional advocacy for DCOT by creating talking points and supporting materials as needed Overall, create a self-sustaining network of DCOT advocates who are embedded within the DCO regional and functional teams and commercial teams in order to build and maintain bottoms up support for DCOT

What You'll Need

3-4+ years of experience preferably building programs and/or processes that scale globally. 3+ years experience designing and implementing global programs and transformation at a highly matrix organization. Excellent program management skills, able to design and deliver end-to-end programs. You are skilled at project management such that you can easily balance urgent versus important requests, and you flourish with ambiguity. Skilled ability communicating with technical and non-technical audiences Ability to build consensus with cross-functional partners Experience with customer acquisition, account management, and support processes, systems, and datasets Analytical orientation, with an aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements. Extremely detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and process standardization using strong documentation. You must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Experience with (SFDC) and other contact relationship management tools (CRM's) and datasets Proficient in G Suite Office Suite and SQL. Fluency in English is a must for this role.

Can manage multiple competing workstreams. Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments at a similar size and scale to Uber.
