YOUR ROLE
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and experienced PMO Manager to support our CE Transformation and Delivery Leads. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for orchestrating complex projects, this role is for you
You’ll be the driving force behind the successful planning, execution, and completion of key initiatives. You would possess a deep understanding and experience of all aspects of program management activities.
As a natural leader you would be proactive and a self-starter to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they become blockers. A robust organisational acumen is essential for managing and prioritising a wide variety of tasks and working with stakeholders across the Program to effectively address.
We have two permanent vacancies, on supporting Business Transformation and Strategic Programs.
These roles will ideally be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right candidate to really hit the ground running with the following experiences;
Proven experience in project management and delivery execution, on large transformation programs with multi-million dollar investment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in financial administration
Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, passionate about data accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong knowledge and understanding of project management tools and methodologies (ideally Jira/Confluence/Sharepoint)
3 + years experience working within a Portfolio or Program Management Office
