The Role

We have a portfolio of transformational work to uplift Ramsay Australia with digital capability for patients, clinicians, and staff. Projects range from electronic medical records, patient portals, identity, and access management through to core medical systems upgrade and integration.

Joining a dynamic team and reporting to the PMO Manager, the PMO Lead is responsible for:

  • Coordination of quarterly planning and review process
  • Maintenance of PPM data quality and supporting the development of metrics, reporting and dashboards across the portfolio.
  • Supporting resource demand and capacity management and vendor engagement
  • Maintenance of the Portfolio RAID register
  • Production of governance meeting packs and project status report quality reviews
  • Supporting the development of project frameworks and Agile ways of working

Your Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience in project practices, methodologies and structured delivery including Agile
  • Confident in aligning project managers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of status, forecasts, progress and plans
  • Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Exceptional attention to detail, well organised and deadline driven
  • Adaptable, resilient and willing to learn new methods and tools in an evolving work context
  • Experience with diverse stakeholders in agreeing templates, lifecycles and governance structures
  • Knowledge of project management tools or systems including Agile
  • Knowledge of estimation and sizing processes
  • Pipeline, backlog or similar prioritisation experience
