Are you passionate about delivery, technical best practices, and leading high-performance teams with this Financial Services Leader??

Our client is a leading Financial Services provider who are growing their Engineering Practice across 3 key platforms. They're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to help raise their platforms to the next level.

You will be experienced in managing approx. 3-4 cross-functional Engineering teams in Agile/Lean environments and have a strong understanding of operational processes, product delivery, engineering best practices, and love leading teams - and teams of teams

To qualify for this role you will ideally have:
  • Experience as a Senior Development Manager or Senior Engineering Manager, or similar
  • Proven track record "leading leaders" or "managing managers" (approx. 7-9 Direct Reports & team of up to 80)
  • Strong background in technical leadership across the following stack: .Net Core, Azure, React, Angular, Native Mobile, etc.
  • Operational elements: managing governance, renewing certs, organise deployments, managing on-call roster, etc.
  • Strong Agile delivery skills - people and delivery
  • Ability to oscillate between technical and non-technical solutions
