Job Description

Prepare the daily cashflow reporting to
Custodian & Trustee:

  • Prepare cashflow reconciliations
  • Review and approve unit prices
  • Prepare fund transfer to custodian
  • Process the daily banking transactions:
  • Upload ABA files on banking portal
  • Process manual payments and refunds
  • Support the cheque payment process
  • Process BPay files on the system
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliations
  • Prepare daily general ledger reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing month end management reporting.
  • Comply with service level agreements
