About the role
Working alongside the CEO and Leadership Team you will be responsible for leading the renewal and growth of the property portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and implement a 5-year rolling property plan;
- Create and deliver a renewal plan for existing properties;
- Manage residential development projects from concept to practical completion.
About you
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager with a commitment to our vision and our values.
You will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Construction Management, Property Development, Project Management or related discipline.
- Significant and demonstrated practical experience in managing multiple residential building projects.
- Solid understanding of contract management and legal principles pertaining to property development.
- A hands-on approach and capacity to work from concept to practical completion.
- Demonstrated experience with feasibility analysis, business case development and report writing.
- Proven ability in managing stakeholders, building relationships, influencing and negotiating.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical behaviour.
