Business Transformation Director

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Transformation Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing transformative strategies aligned with LeavePlus's overarching vision, mission, and values. This senior leadership position will be instrumental in driving operational excellence through the development and implementation of comprehensive business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust business transformation strategy to enhance regulatory compliance and administrative efficiency within the portable long service leave scheme for the construction industry.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver on key projects and programs, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Utilize deep expertise in business transformation methodologies and best practices to drive successful outcomes and sustainable change.
- Manage and oversee large-scale transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation through strategic decision-making.
- Navigate diverse stakeholder interests with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, fostering positive relationships with internal and external partners.
Skills Required:
- Proven track record in business transformation roles, preferably within regulatory environments.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring teams to achieve program objectives.
- Expertise in business transformation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong program management skills, including successful implementation of large-scale transformations.
- Analytical mindset with strategic vision to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage diverse stakeholder interests.
- Excellent verbal, listening, comprehension, and written communication skills.
