The OpportunityWe are seeking a values driven, strategic senior leader to join our Executive Leadership team in a newly established two (2) year fixed term role with accountability for a broad range of transformation, change and improvement programs across the business, including a large scale transformation on how HCA provides service delivery. These transformation programs will ensure HCA has a sustainable future aligned with our purpose.This role is pivotal in driving and delivering fit for purpose program outcomes, fostering an improvement and innovation culture, and will inspire, lead and empower the functions of Information Technology and People and Culture, leveraging people capability and technology to equip and sustain HCA in its next stage of strategic direction and growth.(Please note: SEEK applicants only -
