About this opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and highly creative social media and brand content professional to drive our global organic social media and content strategy.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Social Media and Content Manager will develop and execute Aje & Aje Athletica's social media strategy. This includes creating and planning engaging, innovative content to drive social growth, community engagement, and conversion across priority channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and secondary channels (Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Linkedln).

  • Develop and execute Aje & Aje Athletica's social media plan.
  • Create, brief, and distribute highly-engaging content across all organic channels.
  • Utilize analytics to improve outcomes, ensuring exceptional brand presentation, follower growth, reach, and organic sales growth.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within the Aje & A.A team and with Channel Owner experts.
  • Coordinate brand content and social media efforts with the Marketing Director and Head of Brand Visuals.
  • Support the creation of engaging still and video content for all Aje Collective communications, media, and marketing activities.
  • Innovate and create content to support both brand and trade objectives with a continuous improvement mindset.
