To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital and Media Manager . This is a key role within the PepsiCo ANZ Media team supporting the ongoing digital acceleration by leading impactful, paid digital and media strategy across our Snacks & Beverages portfolio to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness to improve overall media ROI. This role would work closely with the following cross-functional partners; PepsiCo ANZ Brand Marketing, Shopper, E-comm, Data team, IT and Legal, along with external digital and media agencies.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Media Strategy & Data Activation

  • Collaborate with brand teams and media agencies to optimize annual campaign media plans for ROI.
  • Lead real-time optimization and reporting with media agencies to refine campaigns and deliver post-campaign reports.
  • Execute media transformation agenda in NZ aligned with AU objectives, integrating PepsiCo planning principles.
  • Champion audience-led test and learns across JBP partners, collaborating with global Salesforce for new audience creation.
  • Build media and digital capability across snacks, beverages marketing team, and ANZ business.

Digital Acceleration

  • Lead and Manage JBP deliverables with ANZ media agencies, aligning with global priorities and partner with functions to leverage JBP capabilities across all aspects of the ANZ business
  • Lead new digital/social channel exploration, relativity assessment and education

Platform Management

  • Manage all existing and any new media/digital support platforms. This includes platforms that focus on creative optimisation, approvals, social listening, and analytics.

Qualifications

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital transformation, Media, or Marketing with a Digital focus. Data & Analytics experience is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, adept at influencing decision-makers and refining questions.
  • Proven project management abilities, capable of independently leading projects on time and within budget.
  • Highly collaborative with a track record of building trust-based relationships, including external agency management.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), effective across diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, matrix environments with a strong digital background.
  • Experience in technology/digital and data-driven transformations, skilled in structured problem-solving.
