About The Company

Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Operations Administrator. This position is located in their busy Sydney NSW office for an initial contract until the 30/06/2024.

About The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator, to join our busy and dynamic team on an ongoing basis. You will undertake project management, business support and scheduling activities to support the delivery of business services, operations management and compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Work assignments may be with different business units and vary in complexity,

duration, and customer service objectives.

Duties

  • Ability to work collaboratively whilst managing workloads and competing deadlines.
  • Consistently have a high level of professionalism when communicating with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project and business skills, with the ability to deliver quality outcomes successfully and meet deadlines.
  • Will have experience in performing scheduling and rostering duties to support the delivery of transportation services
  • Available to work on call on weeknights and work on weekends on rotation if required.
  • Have a proactive attitude with the ability to operate autonomously and independently.
