About the role

As a Senior Client Services Officer in the APM Reviews Team you will be responsible for;

  • Using your assessment skills and Aged Care experience to conduct telephone-based support plan reviews
  • Completing any follow up correspondence

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Community Services or other health related discipline
  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) when liaising with clients, assessors, external and internal stakeholders
  • A professional and empathetic communication style
  • Experience in a call centre environment 

 The successful candidate will have:

  • A desire to genuinely better the lives of others and deliver excellent customer service
  • To undertake Statement of Attainment (SOA2) Home Support Assessor training (unless already certified)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexible to work with fluctuating operational demands
  • An ability to work in (and with) a fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with aged care, disability or health services would be highly regarded but not essential
