The Opportunity

  • Marketing & Communications Consultant – Growth and Acquisition
  • 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Full Time or Part Time 0.6
  • Hybrid work – Work 2 days in the office

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Acquisition and Retention, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and communications to drive new member growth and acquisition. Additionally, working with the marketing team to successfully implement marketing campaigns aligned to achieving Fund strategy growth and new member metrics.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end development of campaigns and communication materials
  • Create engaging content for various marketing and communication channels
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and communications and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the business to develop and execute on varied communications objectives
  • Management of suppliers and stakeholders for production, design, copy writing and execution of activities
  • Assist in managing the ongoing content and campaigns delivered to TelstraSuper’s varied marketing and customer channels

About You

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and highly organised campaign and communications specialist with proven experience in omni-channel marketing. You will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a similar field is required
  • Experience within the superannuation or financial services industry would be consid-ered favourable
  • 3+ years marketing, communications, campaign, and content writing experience
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering omni-channel marketing
  • Experience creating content for websites and digital channels including knowledge of SEO
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data analysis
