Job Description:

We’re seeking an Junior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of Elbaite in the competitive digital currency industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital marketing, brand development, and customer acquisition, with a passion for the cryptocurrency space. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute high-impact campaigns, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Elbaite’s business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion.
  • Brand Development: Oversee the evolution of the Elbaite brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and communications.
  • Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, search, and display advertising.
  • Customer Insights: Utilize market research and analytics to understand customer behavior and trends, driving informed marketing decisions.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand Elbaite’s reach and influence.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of compelling content that engages our target audience and strengthens our position in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years in a marketing role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to think long-term and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Passion for Crypto & Fintech: A genuine interest in and understanding of the cryptocurrency or fintech space is a significant advantage.
