Front End Web Developer

As a Front End Web Developer / Designer, you will build and maintain external-facing web pages and components for Billtrust.com. This role involves utilizing the Microsoft stack and client-side browser technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will collaborate with visual designers, front end Sitecore developers, and back end Sitecore developers to translate web designs into functional web pages.

This role is a 4-month assignment for maternity cover.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, high-performing web pages and components
  • Produce UX design solutions including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
  • Collaborate in creating feature specifications and technical design blueprints
  • Develop rich web user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Participate in the development, testing, and certification of the company’s Sitecore instance and websites
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing procedures and monitor results
  • Assist in performance and load testing procedures and issue remediation
  • Update existing components and create new ones to comply with ADA WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
  • Optional: Experience in native mobile application development across any platform

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 3-5 years in web development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript
  • Experience in front end API development
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap
  • Experience with Web CMS platforms such as Sitecore, WordPress, or Drupal
  • Understanding of technical SEO
  • Knowledge of Webpack
  • Sitecore Certification Developer
  • Experience with Sitecore 9.0 and above
  • Proficiency in C#
  • Experience with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), such as Cloudflare
  • Familiarity with Marketo
